This is so important to do guys! Our lives and what happens are a mirror to what we put out so it is important we vibrate at the highest possible frequency to manifest things we want! Some tips to do this are.
Become Conscious of your thoughts: Every thought you have will come about in your life if you focus on it enough. Rather than focusing on the bad things you dont want focus on the great things that are already in your life!
Meditate: Meditating regularly will have a huge impact on your life and the frequency you vibrate at. Even 5 minutes a day will change your life. Dont know how to meditate? Youtube has fantastic guided meditations for beginners! 
Become Conscious of the foods you eat: Your body is a temple, so treat it that way!  Some foods vibrate low, and some vibrate high foods that have been riddled with pesticides and chemicals will leave you feeling weak after you eat them. Try eating more plant based foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts etc. Notice how different you feel after you eat these!
Become Conscious of the messages music sends you: When a song is sending out hateful or even sorrowful vibrations they go to your subconscious and in turn send those out to the universe to come back to you. You dont have to change what you listen to completely! Just be mindful.
Pay attention to your environment: Fill your house with beautiful paintings, crystals and things that make you feel good. rearrange your furniture if you dont like the energy flow. Also pay attention to the people around you, what do they put out? Are the constantly negative or always upbeat and happy? Be mindful of what they put out because it does affect you.
Practice Random acts of Kindness: Pay for the person behind you at Dunkin donuts, trust me that would set of a chain reaction for the whole day! Smile at a person walking down the street! Any little thing that could make another person smile, it will make you happy in turn and help raise your vibration.
Love yourself: This is very important. Be your own best friend, fall in love with everything about yourself, your face, body, etc. You are the only person you have to love with at the end of the day, do what makes you feel good and happy. You wont be sorry!
There are so many ways to raise your vibrational frequency, these are just a few. Try them out!
